We are excited to announce Dunkertons Cinema will be screening a delightful selection of classic timeless films on Monday afternoons throughout the year.

After much deliberation, our first screening will be the 1959 classic ‘Some Like It Hot’ staring Marilyn Monroe

After two Chicago musicians, witness a massacre, they flee town and the gangster responsible, Spats Colombo. Desperate to escape with the only job they know of, in an all-girl band heading to Florida, they present themselves as Josephine and Daphne a saxophonist and bass player. They certainly enjoy being around the girls, especially Sugar Kane Kowalczyk who sings and plays the ukulele. Joe in particular sets out to woo her while Jerry/Daphne is wooed by a millionaire, Osgood Fielding III. Mayhem ensues as the two men try to keep their true identities hidden.

Our cinema takes place in our heated Taproom, but we recommend bringing layers and blankets to stay cosy.

Our Taproom & Eateries will be open all day.
